This incident resulted in the temporary shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the T3 car park.

Two more people have been arrested in connection with a robbery at Heathrow Airport where 21 people were injured by what is thought to be pepper spray, according to police.

A man, 24, was taken into custody in the Lambeth area for suspected theft and assault and a woman, 23 was detained for suspected conspiracy to commit robbery. Both individuals are still being held, the force said.

The arrests come after an investigation into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Before the attack, a pair of female travelers were robbed of their suitcases upon exiting a parking garage elevator.

A toddler aged three was among the those hurt in the event. Five people went to hospital for treatment and were later discharged.

Officers arrested a 31-year-old man on suspicion of robbery and assault close to the scene. He was subsequently released under investigation while inquiries continue.

Police were alerted at about 08:10 GMT after reports came in regarding a number of people hurt by a noxious substance thought to be an irritant spray.

The assault - an event that authorities stated was isolated and not being treated as an act of terror - caused train delays and the partial closure of the main airport tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park briefly.
